Kids Parties
Whether you are 6 or 66, we will ensure that you have the greatest SPORT’s Party of the year. Sit back and RELAX while we take care of everything!
Rates:
Venue hire:
Teams (Kids) can have up to 8 players on each side at one time. The games are 10 minutes long so each team gets to play each other. So a party of 24 kids would need one field where you have two teams playing and one / two teams sitting out every 10 – 15 minutes. A party of 30 – 40 kids would require two fields.
One field: per hour is R400, every additional ½ hour is R200. It is recommended that you book 1 ½ hours field time:
Food:
· Pizzas (large size) – choose from Regina, Hawaiian, Vegetarian, Chicken & Mushroom. Cost is R40 per pizza. As a guideline, we suggest you order 6 Pizzas for every 10 kids, you can always order more during the event if required.
· Burgers, Toasted, b/wors rolls etc: R15 per item
· We do specialized items such as platters (samoosas, chicken strips, pizza slices, chicken wings) etc @ R400 per platter – feeds 10.
· Braai packs @ R50
· Lamb on the spit @ R150
· We cater for Halaal etc.
You are entitled to bring your own sweets, birthday cake, party pack. All other Food & Beverages must be ordered from our venue.
Beverages:
· Slush Puppie / iced flavoured drinks @ R10
· Just Juice and cold drinks @ R8
· Water R6,
· Powerade R12
· Beers R10
· Coolers R12
Kids great favourites consider these:
· chocolate brownies (slim size) @ R5.
· Big round choc chip biscuits @ R5.
Sport management & refs (unless dad wants to ref):
· Per Referee: R100 per hour, every additional ½ hour R50.
· Per Coach: Experienced coach – great with kids @ R250 per hour, every additional ½ hour R100.
Additional requirements:
· Tables: R50 per trestle table.
· Gazebo: R150 per Gazebo.
· Invitations: R100 for the design. We create a special Tiger Turf Invite with your name on it, directions, time and date of party etc. We design & email it to you, you print it out.
· Laminated Certificates: R10 per certificate.
· Photographs & videos of the event: – price on request.
· We can structure a World Cup or Premier League knock out tournament – printed fixtures and results available will be emailed to you if requested.
· Fun sports games: where you don't have to be competitive, games for the girls etc.
The ideas are endless - let us personally conceptualize your party for you!
Some House Rules:
· Play in soccer boots or tackies, no metal studs.
· No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises, we have a bar facility available.
· No food is allowed to be brought onto the premises; we have a kitchen / restaurant available.
· No glasses or glass bottles allowed.
· No high heels on the turf. No smoking.
